The one-house Budget rejections of the Governor’s proposals have left everyone guessing as to where the “dust will settle” as far as the DOH and Governor proposals about CDPAP, the RFO, elimination of MLTCs, wage parity, and other topics. This past week, I met with Legislative representatives alongside the New York Home Care Association and spoke to them about where these proposals stand, and if they are likely to pass.
