As providers recall, New York State passed a law at the end of this year’s budget season, establishing a single fiscal intermediary model for providing CDPAP services in New York State. The single fiscal intermediary would be selected by the State pursuant to a competitive bidding process, with the right to contract with certain other fiscal intermediaries to work as subcontractor fiscal intermediaries to the designated single fiscal intermediary.
