Lawsuit Filed to Halt Implementation of CDPAP PMPM

On July 23, a lawsuit was filed against the New York State Department of Health (“DOH”), seeking an order enjoining the implementation of the State’s new PMPM reimbursement methodology for fiscal intermediaries providing CDPAP services.
