The Department of Health has released 104 pages of FAQs related to the RFP for the single statewide fiscal intermediary CDPAP, as well as revised application materials for the RFP. Here, we summarize the takeaways from the FAQs as well as key changes for fiscal intermediaries that are working on RFP applications. As discussed further in our article, our recommendation to fiscal intermediaries remains that they should submit an application under the RFP.
