Today, a Nassau County Supreme Court Judge granted a TRO in favor of Caring Professionals and CDPAANYs, enjoining the New York Department of Health (“DOH”) from penalizing any member of CDPAANYs and Caring Professionals for failing to conform to the requirements of the DOH’s December 6, 2024 Transition Memo (the “Memo”).
